Privacy Notice for Hyland Sturdy Ltd
The company was established by Julia Hyland in 2015 to provide HR guidance and support for small to medium enterprises. I had spent the previous 15 years working within the HR profession providing practical HR advice and support in the private and public sector having previously been a line manager in Logistics. Although based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, the company supports a wide-range of clients within various counties including Hampshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
I value my customers and your data and will only ask for, and retain, data which is relevant to the values of the organisation. I am not in the business of selling or trading mailing lists with other organisations or third parties for marketing purposes.
This Privacy Notice gives detailed information of when and why Hyland Sturdy Ltd collect your personal information, how it is used and stored, and the limited conditions under which it may be disclosed it others.

At present this information is stored on the website content management system. Your data will not be processed outside of the EU or EEA.
When someone visits www.hylandsturdy.co.uk a third-party service, Google Analytics, is used to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This is used to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. Hyland Sturdy Ltd does not make, and does not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting the website.

Agreeing services with Hyland Sturdy Ltd
When you agree services in person or online, your name, email and contact number will be stored in Microsoft Office in a password protected computer, with appropriate virus protection, backed up via the cloud.

The personal information given to us is stored on a secure computer system, is password protected and only accessible by Julia Hyland for the purposes of carrying out services for you.
